Software for clinics i.s.h.med Cerner will be discontinued
In 2031, the software manufacturer Oracle Cerner will discontinue support for ishmed (IS-H short for “Industry Solutions Healthcare”) the hospital management software for German university clinics
With the SAP application, clinic employees can organie their merchandise management and write bills. Thus, customers will no longer receive regular updates that, for example, close security gaps or map legal changes in the processes. Consiquently, clinics will need soon a new program. How high the effort of the conversion is, can not be estimated yet.
